1. What Ebook Creator is

Ebook Creator (https://ebook-creator.com) is a tool for drafting, editing, and exporting ebooks with the help of AI. You describe a book; our software generates an outline and chapters you can edit, and export to EPUB, PDF, DOCX, HTML, Markdown, or a KDP-ready package. Optional add-ons include AI cover art, audiobook narration, translation into other languages, and generating a sequel from an existing book.

2. Accounts

You need an account to create books. You're responsible for the activity on your account and for keeping your password secure. You may delete your account at any time from your profile page, which permanently removes your books, chapters, covers, and uploaded files.

3. Credits, billing, and free credits

Ebook Creator is pay-as-you-go: you buy a credit pack once, and credits are spent as you generate content (outlines, chapters, chapter regenerations, AI covers, continuity reviews and fixes, audiobook narration). There is no subscription, no recurring charge, and purchased credits do not expire. Every new account also receives a one-time grant of free credits, usable like any other credit. Rewriting a selected passage and all exports are always free. Purchases are processed by Stripe; we don't store your card details.

Refunds for unused credits, or for a failed generation that consumed credits, can be requested by contacting support through the in-app support chat.

4. Your content

You own what you create with Ebook Creator — the outlines, chapters, covers, and any exported files. You're responsible for making sure you have the rights to any material you upload as a source document, and for how you use the generated output, including complying with the terms of any platform you publish to (such as Amazon KDP).

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Ebook Creator to generate content that is illegal, infringes someone else's rights, or violates the acceptable-use policies of our underlying AI providers. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, including automated signups created solely to collect free credits.

6. AI-generated content

Chapters, outlines, cover art, and translations are generated by third-party AI models. Output can contain mistakes, and we don't guarantee it is accurate, original, or fit for any particular purpose. You should review and edit generated content before publishing it.

7. Service availability

We aim for reliable service but don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. If a generation job fails, our system retries automatically and notifies you by email; a failed job that consumed credits can be retried at no additional cost.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Ebook Creator after a change means you accept the updated terms.
